General:
   Free, not for Resale.
   This Illumination Fix  Toolkit version provides a means of fixing over-and-under exposures using selected lighting patterns: Horizontal, Vertical, Diagonal, Radial, Elipsiod, and Hallway patterns.  The position of the light source can be specified by right-clicking a location in the Preview Window.
   Sliders are provided for varying light pattern intensity and pattern spread.   Options are provided for selecting lighting properties such as: Soft, Hard, Harsh, and Reverse lighting patterns. An option slider is provided to correct lighting color warmth or coolness in version 1.04.
   Application of the different Patterns, Sliders, and Options provide thousands of different lighting correction effects.
  Guideline: a file, IllumFixTK.pdf is provided which explains the use of the plug-in via pictures.

Plug-in Filter Installation:
   Copy IllumFixV17b9d.8bf file to the plug-in filter directory for the photo graphics application. 
   For Adobe PhotoShop this would be a directory like: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\Filters.  
   For Paint Shop Pro X this would be a directory like: C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel Paint Shop Pro X\PlugIns. 
   Earlier versions of Paint Shop Pro by JASC may use a different plugin directory. 
   Other programs, such as the free IrfanView graphics program also support plug-in filters. Follow their directions for plug-in installation.

Version 1.04a: added Cool-Warm slider and check box for preview of correction.
Version 1.7 10/29/09: 
1. Light sources now default bright at the center of the selected region versus dark.
2. The Spread slider has been renamed Luminosity.
3. A Preview Lighting Correction checkbox has been added to see the difference your change makes.
4. An Additive checkbox been added to restrict the change to all positive values for images that are fully underexposed.
5. A Color corrections slide bar has been added to warm up or cool down colors.
6. A Purple shadows slide bar has been added.
7. The filter has been recompiled with FilterMeister version FM 1.0 beta 9d. This version is Vista compatible.
8. Help file included: IllumFix.pdf
9. The ffp source code for this filter is included. It could use some improvements. 
If you have a FilterMeister License (http://www.filtermeister.com) , you can modify it as you wish. 
You get extra "good and trustworthy person" points if you email a copy of your updated ffp source code back to me.
