Notes:
A few extra functions and a few bugfixes.
No extensive test of all applications, so if something is wrong ....

(1)  Added taskQueuRequestOnName() method for convineance
(2)  Added cfgUseSuspendOnDelay to make it easier to handle suspend requests.
(3)  Added genQueuUnread() and genQueuUnwrite to undo queue operations,
     handy in failing communications.
(4)  minor fixes
