Security of premises – Explain any conditions relating to security of premises, issue keys/security passes as required.  Where alarm systems exist explain how to set/unset, and who to contact should a fault occur

Fire/bomb alert – Ensure volunteer is aware of the procedures to follow in the event of a fire/bomb alert and in particular where to report should evacuation of the building prove necessary
