I would like to thank Marrast for his time and effort in creating his road/avenue underpasses - they are one of the coolest additions to Simcity4 I have yet to see. Since I'm a big rail nut, it gives me great plesaure to use them and to expand upon them with this add-on pack. Note that I did not create any new content for this mod; they are just slightly modified underpasses that have already been released. I take no credit here - it's all of Marrast's work! SO, if you still want to use it, remember one rule of using these lots - Don't make them as only connection between two parts of your city, divided by railway, otherwise civic cars may not to get to another part of the city.
