License Agreement for Elevation Tools

The Elevation Tools are © 2007, Jesper M. Johansson, All Rights Reserved.

The Elevation Tools are shipped as is with no warranties of function or fitness for any particular purpose express or implied. Use of these tools is at the user's sole risk and all such use is considered voluntary.

Except for as provided in this license agreement, the tools may not be redistributed in any form. All usage of the Elevation Tools must conform to the Authorized Use clause

Authorized Use

The tools are provided free of charge for home use only. Any institutional use is subject to a license fee of $5 per computer the tools are installed on. A site license agreement may supersede this license fee. Contact Jesper M. Johansson for more information on licensing the Elevation Tools for institutional use.

Exceptions to Authorized Use

If these tools were acquired with a book the purchaser of the book may use them on a single computer in any setting.

Redistribution

Redistribution of the Elevation Tools is prohibited in any form except for as provided in a site license. If you have obtained the tools from a source other than a book or a web site associated with Jesper M. Johansson, contact Jesper M. Johansson as per the Licensing Questions and Contact Information section.

Jurisdiction

This license agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of King County, the State of Washington, United States of America.
