Quick Cards

The card ideas presented here are designed using the pre-packaged cards with envelopes found on page 213 of the 2002-2003 Stampin’ Up!® Idea Book & Catalog.  Here are some tips that relate to every card design:

·         All edges can be torn, cut straight with a paper trimmer, or trimmed with decorative scissors (p. 224).

·         Most card ideas can be created in either the “portrait” or “landscape” format.

·         Designs were created using Ultrasmooth White greeting cards (item # 5602-00), but they could be transferred to any pre-cut cards or a piece of 8 ½” x 11” card stock cut in half to make a fold-over card.

·         Layers are made with the cut off pieces of card stock.  Optionally, you may decorate these pieces or layer them using colored card stock or background papers.
