first time:

Compressed air
Compressed air connected?
Coolant
Coolant unit filled?
Hydraulic system
Oil level of hydraulic unit?
Mist collector (order-dependent)
Correctly installed?
CO2 fire fighting system - safety equipment (order-dependent)
Correctly installed?
Electrical connection
See circuit diagram
Connection and checks must be performed by a trained electrician.

1.2 General information
concerning switching
on and off
ATTENTION!
The machine may only be operated by trained personnel.
Switching machine on
"Main switch ON"
(on side of control cabinet)
"Control ON"
Control and machine functions are switched on.
"CYCLE START"
The machine moves to the reference points of all axes and
is then ready for operation.
Switching machine off
Operation procedure (proceed as follows):
Control OFF
switches off the machine.
"Main switch OFF"
(on side of control cabinet)
Warning
Parts of the electric system remain live even when the
main switch has been switched off.
