Your Weekly Update:

STEP 1:

 

Complete the Project Action Plan for the project you are working on. If you are working on multiple projects at once, then create two separate action plans, one for each project.

Why An Action Plan?

This is all about the Core Activity Principle and the Munchie Principle. This focuses you on planning out the steps needed to complete the project first, creating a game plan to complete them and then providing you with accountability to get them done by putting realistic completion dates to the tasks.

Then update this Action Plan once a week when you do your personal weekly update.

 

Note:  At first you will underestimate the   amount of time required to complete tasks.

And overestimate the results you will get   from your activities.

Do not get frustrated, instead view it as   a learning experience that allows you to better estimate the amount of time it will realistically take you to complete tasks and as your experience and skills increases,  so will your results.

 

STEP 2:

Each week, on Sunday nights or Monday mornings answer the below questions and also update your Project's Action Plan.

Why?

This focuses you to track the progress of your project and also keep you accountable. If you go three weeks in a row with listing the completed task of "rearranged filing system" then you will know you are not being true to yourself and getting things done. The Nitro philosophy is about getting results. Focus on the results and tasks completed. They will motivate you to do more than you thought possible.

By doing a mini evaluation of your business/project/website once a week you will find, over time, you become much more productive on tasks that matter. You will find your business moving forward faster,

you are accomplishing more each week and you are actually getting more personal satisfaction out of your business.

So document (in writing) the answers to the following questions, update your Action Plan (if needed) so it is always up to date and use the "My Weekly Planner" to plan out your upcoming week once a week.

That is your roadmap to success!
