1. License
1. This license determines Program named “Drivers Installer Assistant”, hereinafter as Program, usage terms.
1.1. You express your full and unconditional agreement with all License terms by this Program coping and using it in your computer.
1.2. Program using is allowed under this License terms only. If you do not agree with License terms in full extent you have no right to use it for any purposes. To use program violating (unobeying) any License terms is forbidden.
1.3. Program usage under terms of this License for personal noncommercial purposes is grateful. Program usage for commercial purposes is allowed except limitations pointed directly in the part №4 of this agreement. Program usage under terms and modes not foreseen by this License is available only on separated agreement with Licensor base, the price is determined by Licensor.
Exclusive author property rights to use the Program belong to the Licensor.
The Licensor grants you unexclusive untransmittable rights to use the Program by following modes:
3.1. The Program is to be applied according to direct functional purpose, i.e. to prepare and install drivers for User personal computer devices. The User has right to use the Program for indeterminate number of personal computers.
3.2. To reproduct and spread the Program for noncommercial purposes (free of charge).
4.1. You have not the right to reproduct and distribute the Program for commercial purposes (paid), incorporating as program product set ingredient, without written Licensor permission.
4.2. The publication as supplement on disks to periodical press editions is forbidden without written Licensor permission.
4.3. The Program should be used with trademark name: “Drivers Installation Assistant”. The User has no right to change the Program trademark name, change and/or remove Licensor‘s copyright certification. If this license agreement is changed or absent the Program launching becomes impossible.
4.4. It is not allowed the User to change, decompile, disassembler, decrypt and take other actions with Program object code, having purpose to injure Program security from nonapproved usage system and to get information about algorythms, used in the Program, realisation, to create derivative software products using the Program without Licensor permission.
5.1. The Program is free distributed software (DonationWare) and is provided on conditions „as is”. Licensor does not give any quarantees in connection to the infallible and unbroken Program work to conformity of the Program to specific User purposes and does not give any other quarantees not indicated in this License directly.
5.2. Licensor and his partners equally in maximum degree allowed by actual law do not carry any responsibility for any direct and indirect consequences arising out of the use or inability to use the Program and/or damage caused to you and/or third parties in result of the use or nonusage of the Program including any possible errors and failures of the Program to operate.
